Our Story
A little home for big beginnings.
Lingo Montessori Childcare Centre opened in Richmond in 2013, when two Montessori-certified educators — and new mothers — set out to build the childcare centre they wished existed: warm, unhurried, bilingual, and rooted in the Montessori method. Twelve years and 400+ families later, that's still the heart of what we do.

What we believe.
Children are capable.
When we slow down, listen closely, and trust them, they surprise us every day.
Work is serious play.
Pouring, stacking, and building are how children learn language, math, and empathy.
Families are partners.
You know your child best. We share daily updates and welcome you anytime.
